Crock Pot Spinach and Feta Dip |

Over the past 20 years I worked in restaurants and almost every one of those has a spinach dip. I took the best of them all and put it in one. Ingredients:
500 ml cream cheese |
500 ml sour cream |
250 g feta cheese |
250 g frozen spinach |
1 jalapeno, diced finely |
3 garlic cloves, diced finely |
1 small red pepper |
1 dash salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in crock pot. Place on low for 2-3 hours before desired serving times. In a pinch this recipe could be done in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes stirring every 5 minutes. |
