Crock Pot Southwest Chicken |

You can put it in to tortillas or eat it like a soup. Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, diced |
16 ounces medium hot salsa, divided |
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed |
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn |
1/2 cup cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Mix corn, beans and half the jar of salsa in the crock pot. 2. Place chicken on top of the mixture. 3. Cook on LOW for 4-6 hours. 4. About 10 minutes before you eat, sprinkle with cheese and let it melt. |
