Crock Pot Smothered Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients:
3 carrots, sliced
3 stalks celery, sliced
1 large onion, cut into thin wedges
3 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
3/4 cup chicken broth
Directions:
1. Place vegetables in the bottom of slow cooker.
2. Top with chicken.
3. Add soup and broth.
4. (No need to mix).
5. Cover and cook for 4 to 6 hours on low.
