If you're going to be gone only for a short time, this recipe is the one for you. Ingredients:
3 carrots, sliced |
3 stalks celery, sliced |
1 large onion, cut into thin wedges |
3 cups cubed cooked chicken |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup |
3/4 cup chicken broth |
Directions:
1. Place vegetables in the bottom of slow cooker. 2. Top with chicken. 3. Add soup and broth. 4. (No need to mix). 5. Cover and cook for 4 to 6 hours on low. |
