Crock-Pot Sheep and Onions |

This stew-like dinner is best served with mashed potatoes and sour cream. Although I've only made this with sheep, I'm sure it would work equally well with any red meat, such as beef. Ingredients:
1 lb sheep meat, cut into cubes |
1 anaheim chili, seeded and diced |
1 yellow onion, quartered |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon cumin |
2 cups beef broth |
1/4 cup sherry wine |
2 tablespoons oil |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to crockpot. Cook on low 8 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes and sour cream, or as desired. |
