Crock Pot Seven Layer Casserole |

Ingredients:
1/2 lb ground beef, browned and drained |
2 tablespoons bacon bits |
1 small onion, chopped |
15 ounces tomato sauce |
4 ounces water |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
salt and pepper |
2/3 cup long grain rice |
8 ounces whole kernel corn, drained |
4 ounces chopped green bell peppers |
Directions:
1. Place beef in bottom of crock pot. 2. Top with bacon bits and onion. 3. Combine the tomato sauce, water, chili powder, salt and pepper. 4. Pour half of the mixture over the ingredients in crock pot. 5. Sprinkle rice over top. 6. Add in the corn and green pepper. 7. Pour remaining tomato mixture over top. 8. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until rice is done. |
