Crock Pot Sesame-Seed Chicken

Ingredients:
3 lbs skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sherry wine
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Place chicken thighs in slow cooker.
2. Whisk together remaining ingredients in a bowl well, then pour over chicken, making sure to get sauce on every piece.
3. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours.
