So easy and oh so good ! Ingredients:
10 large russet potatoes peeled and sliced thin |
1 large onion chopped |
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese |
2-10oz. cans cream of chicken soup (or celery) |
Directions:
1. Place 1/3 sliced potatoes on bottom of crock pot, sprinkle with 1/3 onions and cheese. Continue layers. Pour soup over top and cook on low about 10 hours. |
