Crock Pot Sausage W/ Chickpeas & Tomatoes |

YUM. I love anything w/ chickpeas. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons tomato paste |
2 tablespoons minced garlic |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes |
1 teaspoon dried rosemary |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained |
2 lbs italian sausage, cut in half |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients except chickpeas and sausage to crockpot; stir well. 2. Pour chickpeas over mixture and then top with sausage. 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. |
