Ingredients:
3 lbs pork loin roast |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
1 1/2 cups chopped onions |
4 medium potatoes, wedged |
4 carrots, cut in 2 inch pieces |
2 bay leaves |
1 whole clove |
1 cup water |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
2 tablespoons tomato sauce |
Directions:
1. Rub roast with salt and pepper. 2. Brown in hot oil. 3. Place garlic and onions in crock-pot. 4. Add potatoes and carrots. 5. Add roast. 6. Add remaining ingredients. 7. Cook on low for 9 hours. |
