Crock Pot Roast Beef Au Jus Sandwiches |

It's easy and a great sandwich for a football party or just sitting by the pool! You'll need lots of napkins for this sandwich! Ingredients:
1 -4 lb rump roast |
1 (12 ounce) can beer |
1 (8 ounce) can french onion soup |
1 (8 ounce) can beef broth |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a Crock Pot and cook on low 7 - 8 hours. Shred Roast Beef with a fork and cook on high for another 1/2 hour. Place your favorite cheese (I use Provolone) in a Hoagy Bun. Place beef on open bun add some of the gravy. Serve with chips or french fries. |
