1. place a roast (thawed) into crock pot, turn on high. 2. place potatoes(peeled, cut, and boiled) into crock pot around roast. 3. pour water into crock pot with roast and potatoes. 4. cook in crock pot for 8 hours. 5. enjoy! 6. *use the leftover juices as gravy. |
