Crock Pot Ribs With Homemade BBQ Sauce |

The crockpot makes this so easy!!! Ingredients:
4 -5 lbs pork spareribs, cut into pieces (preferbly boneless) |
1 medium onion, sliced thin |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
1 cup ketchup |
1/2 cup water |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
2 teaspoons dry mustard |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon paprika |
hot sauce, to taste |
Directions:
1. Place half the meat in crock pot. 2. Top with half the onion. 3. Repeat layers. 4. Mix all the other ingredients and pour over meat. 5. Cover, cook on low 8-9 hours. |
