I found this recipe just in time for Superbowl! Ingredients:
1 lb corned beef, finely chopped |
1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut, rinsed, drained and chopped |
1 cup thousand island dressing |
1 1/2 cups swiss cheese, shredded |
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed |
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish |
1 teaspoon caraway seed |
miniature party rye rounds |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a crock pot. 2. Cook on low setting for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. 3. You can serve right from crock pot on warm setting! |
