This will be a family favorite! Ingredients:
8 lb.of peeled and cubed potatoes |
1 small chopped onion |
6 c. of water |
2 c. of milk |
1/2 c. of all-purpose flour |
2 tbsp. of butter |
2 cubes of chicken bouillon |
2 tbsp. of dried parsley |
Directions:
1. First you want to add the potatoes, onion, butter, bouillon cubes, parsley, and water over slow flame(crockpot if you have one.) 2. Then you will keep it on low for around 6-8 hrs. 3. Next you are going to want to stir in some milk around half and hour before serving. 4. Now you want to cook this for around 30 min. letting the soup get thick! |
