Simple and tasty. Ingredients:
1/2 cup packed brown sugar |
1/4 cup applesauce |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
3 lbs boneless pork shoulder |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, stir together brown sugar, applesauce, cinnamon and ginger. 2. Place roast in slow cooker. Pour applesauce over. Cook on low 4-6 hours, or high 2-3 hours. |
