Crock Pot Pork Chops in Mushroom Gravy |

I created this recipe for mushroom gravy and use it for pork, beef and chicken. Sometimes, I add potatoes during the last hour or so to make a complete main course Ingredients:
5 -6 boneless pork chops |
seasoned coating mix (or just flour, seasoned salt and pepper) |
2 tablespoons oil |
1 onion, sliced |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
3/4 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon beau monde spice, seasiong |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Brown coated pork chops on both sides and place in crock pot. Add sliced onion and mix remaining ingredients to pour over top. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or medium for 4 hours. |
