Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef |
1/2 cup raw rice (long grain) |
1/2 cup scallion, chopped |
1/2 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped |
1 egg |
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper |
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans tomato soup |
Directions:
1. In mixing bowl combine ground beef, rice, scallion, green pepper, pepper. 2. Shape meat mixture into 24 meatballs, about 1-1/2 inches in diameter. 3. Place meatballs in crock pot. 4. Pour soup over meatballs. 5. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 7-8 hours. |
