Actually turns out more like Crock Pot Lasagna in my opinion Ingredients:
8 oz egg noodles |
16 oz spaghetti sauce |
2 cups mozzarella cheese |
2 cups cheddar cheese |
1 cup parmesan cheese |
1 lb ground turkey, cooked |
6 oz mushrooms |
1 small onion |
Directions:
1. Slightly cook noodles (a little less than al dente). 2. Cook ground turkey, and onions together, until the meat is no longer pink. 3. Mix spaghetti sauce and mushrooms together, and add cooked meat mixture as well. 4. In a 5 quart crock pot, place about 1/3 of the meat sauce, then layer 1/3 of the noodles on top, then layer 1/3 of the cheeses on top of that. Continue layering until done. Cook for 3 hours on low. |
