CROCK POT PEPPER STEAK Ingredients:
1 pound beef chuck |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1 clove garlic |
1 cup green peppers |
1 1/2 cups red pepper |
1 cup onion |
2 cups celery |
1 tbsp cornstarch |
1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. SLICE CHUCK AND VEGGIES AND PUT INTO CROCK POT 2. ADD SOY SAUCE AND MINCED GARLIC. COOK ON HIGH FOR 3 1/2 HOURS OR LOW FOR 8. MIX TOGETHER WATER AND CORNSTARCH AND TO CROCK POT AND COOK AN ADDITIONAL 1/2 HOUR OR UNTIL THICKENED. 3. SERVE OVER RICE IF DESIRED |
