2 lbs stewing beef |
1 green pepper, cut into strips |
1/2 onion, cut into strips |
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced |
1 cup beef broth |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. 2. Cook 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low. 3. Serve over cooked rice or noodles. |
