A simple crock pot recipe for tender chicken. Serve over hot rice or noodles. UPDATE: Do to the many comments about too little liquid, I have added an optional chicken broth. Ingredients:
3 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1/3 cup peanut butter |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons orange juice |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 -2 tablespoon honey (optional) |
1/2-1 cup chicken broth (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. 2. Mix well. 3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is tender and thoroughly cooked. 4. Serve over hot rice or noodles. |
