my adaptation of a recipe found via pinterest, served with fried rice Ingredients:
3 -4 boneless chicken breasts, cut in cubes |
1/3 cup rice flour |
olive oil (for frying) |
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste or 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger |
3 tablespoons ketchup |
1 teaspoon chili-garlic sauce |
1/2 cup orange juice concentrate |
4 tablespoons brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in frying pan. 2. toss chicken pieces in rice flour. 3. fry until brown, does not need to be cooked as they will cook in crock pot. 4. toss in bottom of crock pot. 5. combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. 6. cook in crock pot, low 3-4 hours. |
