Easy crock pot receipe...A- Ingredients:
28 oz chicken thighs, skinless |
1 small onion, diced |
1/2 lb bacon, baked & crumbled |
29 oz stewed tomatoes, roughly chopped |
2 cups navy beans, dry |
Directions:
1. Soak navy beans over night. Next morning put beans, chicken, onion, tomatoes and bacon in crock pot. There should be enough liquid to make it look a little soupy but not watery...add a bit of H2O if needed. 2. Cook on low 8-10 hours or until beans are tender. |
