Crock Pot Mexican Ground Beef Cheese Dip

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
15 ounces enchilada sauce
1 lb velveeta cheese, cubed
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef in nonstick skillet, drain.
2. Place in slow cooker. Add sauce and cubed cheese. Stir well.
3. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours.
