1 lb ground beef |
15 ounces enchilada sauce |
1 lb velveeta cheese, cubed |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef in nonstick skillet, drain. 2. Place in slow cooker. Add sauce and cubed cheese. Stir well. 3. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours. |
