I found this recipe at Obesity Help. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting this for safe keeping. Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1 cup salsa |
1 ounce reduced sodium taco seasoning (1 package) |
10 ounces low-fat cream of mushroom soup (condensed) |
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream |
cooked rice |
Directions:
1. Add chicken to slow cooker. Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken. Pour salsa and soup over chicken. 2. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. 3. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. 4. Serve with rice. |
