Directions:
1. Place carrots and potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker Combine remaining ingredients. 2. Mix well and shape into a loaf. 3. Place the loaf on top of the vegetables, it should not touch the sides. 4. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours Can make loaf ahead and freeze, will cook just as well if put into cooker frozen, just cook 10 to 12 hours. |
