Pure, simple comfort food! And so easy to do. Beef meatballs may be substituted, if desired. Recipe from BH&G. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package frozen precooked turkey meatballs |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup water |
1 (1 ounce) envelope turkey gravy mix |
1 bay leaf |
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest |
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crumbled |
Directions:
1. Place the meatballs in the crock pot. 2. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over the meatballs. 3. Cook on LO 6 to 8 hours. |
