Super easy recipe and my family loves it over brown rice.
Ingredients:
6 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup stone ground mustard
2 tablespoons tapioca
Directions:
1. Place chicken breasts in slow cooker. In a separate bowl, mix the maple syrup, mustard, and tapioca. Pour syrup mixture over the chicken. Cook on low for 4 hours.
