Super easy recipe and my family loves it over brown rice. Ingredients:
6 boneless chicken breasts |
1/2 cup maple syrup |
1/3 cup stone ground mustard |
2 tablespoons tapioca |
Directions:
1. Place chicken breasts in slow cooker. In a separate bowl, mix the maple syrup, mustard, and tapioca. Pour syrup mixture over the chicken. Cook on low for 4 hours. |
