Received for a friend. Sounds good. I think my DH would like this. Ingredients:
1 lb macaroni |
1 lb grated sharp cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup butter |
2 eggs |
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk |
1 1/2 cups milk |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni, drain, and put in crock pot. 2. add cheese except 1 cup and add butter. 3. mix well. 4. beat eggs and add milk salt and pepper. 5. mix well. 6. spread remaining 1 cup of cheese over top 7. Cook on low for 3 hours. |
