Creamy mac and cheese. From the dinner doctor cookbook by Ann Byrn. Ingredients:
2 cups milk |
12 ounces evaporated milk |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
2 cups uncooked macaroni |
Directions:
1. Mist bottom and sides of 4-6qt crock pot with cooking spray. 2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and place in slow cooker. 3. Cover and cook on low for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. |
