Another crock pot recipe Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 (11 ounce) can mexican-style corn, drained |
1/4 cup minced onion |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 dash pepper |
1 1/2 cups dried mashed potato flakes |
1 1/2 cups sour cream |
1/3 cup water |
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. In skillet brown your hamburger, and drain well. 2. Place beef in the crockpot and add tomato sauce, corn, onion, salt and pepper. Mix well! 3. In bowl mix the potato flakes, with sour cream and water. 4. Spread potato mixture over the beef. Top with grated cheese. 5. Cover and cook on Low for 7-10 hours! |
