Lasagna that waits for you to get home. Ingredients:
10 -12 ounces lasagna noodles, broken |
1 lb ground beef |
1 onion, chopped |
1 garlic clove, minced |
8 ounces mozzarella cheese |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese |
28 ounces ragu hearty robusto pasta sauce |
1 1/2 tablespoons parsley |
1 teaspoon basil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Break noodles into pieces. Cook according to package directions and drain. 2. Brown ground beef, onion and garlic; drain excess fat. 3. Put ground beef, noodles and remaining ingredients into crockpot and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. |
