Ingredients:
1 medium onion, sliced |
1 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper |
8 lamb loin chops |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
Directions:
1. Place onion in a crock pot. 2. Combine oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; rub over the lamb chops. 3. Place chops over onion. 4. Top with garlic. 5. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or until the meat is tender. |
