8 ounces chicken breast |
16 ounces frozen bell peppers and onions |
8 ounces turkey sausage |
2 cups water |
14 1/2 ounces canned tomatoes |

Directions:
1. Put frozen peppers/onions in bottom of crock pot. 2. Top with diced chicken and sliced/halved sausage 3. Top with canned tomatoes and water 4. Mix in seasoning packet from rice 5. Cook for 5 hours on low/3 hours on high 6. Add rice and stir, cook 45 minutes additional on high |
