My daughter's favorite plus it's a crock pot meal! Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken breasts, boneless & skinless |
8 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened |
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup, low sodium |
1 (2/3 ounce) packet zesty italian dressing seasoning |
16 ounces rotini pasta |
1 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Combine soup, cream cheese, milk and seasoning in crock pot. 2. Stir until combined. 3. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and add to crock pot. 4. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. 5. Cook pasta according to package directions. 6. Drain and add to crock pot mixture. 7. Top with grated parmesan if desired. (it's always desired in my house). |
