What a treat to come in from the cold and have this hot and ready to serve. Ingredients:
2 cups brown sugar |
1/2 cup butter |
1 pinch salt |
3 sticks cinnamon |
6 whole cloves |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
2 quarts hot water |
2 cups rum |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a crock pot. Stir well. Cover and cook on high 2 hours, then turn on low for 3 hours. 2. Serve from crock pot in warm mugs. |
