I came up with this recipe while I was trying to clean out my pantry and keep things very simple. It is super easy to make and tastes like you slaved in the kitchen all day. My husband, who hates mushrooms, loves this recipe. Ingredients:
1 1/2-2 lbs stew meat |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 (15 ounce) can beef broth |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
2 -3 tablespoons water |
egg noodles |
Directions:
1. Add stew meat, cream of mushroom soup and beef broth to crock pot. 2. cook on low for 8 hours. 3. before serving mix cornstarch and warm water and add to crock pot to thicken gravy. 4. serve over noodles. |
