Ingredients:
4 pound(s) rump roast |
1 can(s) beef broth |
1 can(s) condensed french onion soup |
1 can(s) beer |
6 french rolls |
6 slice(s) swiss cheese |
1/2 onion sauteed |
Directions:
1. Trim excess fat from rump roast and place in crock pot 2. Add beef broth, French onion soup, and beer. 3. Cook on Low for 7 hours 4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees 5. Slice rolls and butter them, cook for ~10 minutes 6. Slice meat diagonally, place on rolls, add swiss cheese and onions as desired 7. Serve with extra sauce on the side. |
