Serve chicken and rice together on large platter Ingredients:
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
16 ounces salsa |
2 cups instant rice |
Directions:
1. Place chicken in slow cooker. Pour salsa over chicken. 2. Cover and cook on low 6 hours or until chicken is tender, but not dry,. 3. Remove chicken to a serving platter and keep warm. 4. Add rice to hot salsa in slow cooker and cook on high 30 minutes. |
