Crock pot recipe Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
10 3/4 ounces cream of chicken soup |
2 1/2 cups tortillas, chrips crushed, divided |
16 ounces salsa |
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef. Drain. Stir in soup. 2. Spray inside of slow cooker with nonstick cookking spray. Sprinkle 1 1/2 c tortilla chips in slow cooker. Top with beef mixture, then salsa, and then cheese. 3. Cover and cook on high for 1 1/2 hours or on low for 3 hours. 4. Sprinkle with remaining chips just before serving. |
