Crock Pot Dilly Beef for Sandwiches |

This is very easy and tastes great. I freeze 1/2 and use for another meal - just add BBQ sauce for a different flavor. Ingredients:
5 lbs beef roast (about) |
1 (16 ounce) jar whole dill pickles, undrained |
1 (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
Directions:
1. Place beef in slow cooker, cutting in half if necessary. 2. Add all other ingredients. 3. Cover. 4. Cook on low about 8 hours, or until beef is tender. 5. Discard pickles. 6. Remove roast from broth. 7. When cool enough to handle, shred the meat. 8. Return meat to the sauce and heat through. 9. Serve on hamburger buns. |
