Crock Pot Creamy Spinach Noodle Casserole |

I tend to like to add a bit more hot sauce but feel free to use none or a bunch more. This is a great side dish or a main dish by adding cooked chicken Ingredients:
8 ounces dry spinach noodles |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 1/2 cups sour cream |
1/3 cup all-purpose flour |
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese |
4 green onions, minced |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1 dash hot pepper sauce (more if you like) |
2 teaspoons garlic salt |
Directions:
1. Cook noodles in a pot of salted, boiling water until just tender. 2. Drain and rinse with cold water. 3. Toss with vegetable oil. 4. Combine sour cream and flour in a large bowl, mixing well. 5. Stir in cottage cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce and garlic salt. 6. Fold noodles into mixture until well combined. 7. Generously grease the inside of a slow cooker and pour in noodle mixture. 8. Cover and cook on high for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. |
