Crock Pot Creamy Spinach Dip |

I make this dip in my Little Dipper crock pot. The capacity of the crock pot bowl is 1-1 1/2 cups. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed |
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated |
2 teaspoons onions, finely chopped |
1/2 teaspoon thyme |
0.5 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained |
1/4 cup whipping cream |
2 tablespoons pimientos, diced |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese and whipping cream in greased crock pot. 2. Cover and heat until cheese is melted, 30-60 minutes. 3. Add remaining ingredients. 4. Cover and heat for 30 minutes. 5. Serve with raw vegetables, crackers or bread pieces. |
