Crock Pot Corned Beef and Cabbage |

From the Owner's Guide of my Rival Crock Pot Ingredients:
12 new potatoes, quartered |
4 lbs corned beef brisket |
3 bay leaves |
4 carrots, sliced |
2 onions, sliced |
8 black peppercorns |
1 head cabbage, wedged |
water, to cover |
Directions:
1. Place potatoes and carrots in bottom of crock-pot. Add brisket, onion, bay leaves and peppercorns. Add enough water to cover. Cover, and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. Add cabbage halfway through cooking. |
