Haven't tried this yet, but I'm hoping it turns out similar to a corn cake recipe I used to have! Ingredients:
2 eggs, lightly beaten |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
2 tablespoons melted butter |
2 tablespoons flour |
1/2 cup milk |
16 ounces creamed corn |
Directions:
1. Combine all but corn. Pour into crock pot. 2. Add corn and mix well. 3. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. |
