Delicious creamy corn. Always a big hit, great at pot lucks. Ingredients:
1 (2 lb) bag frozen corn kernels |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1/2 cup butter |
1/4 cup milk |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Put all in crock pot on high. 2. After about an hour, stir all ingredients together. Turn setting to low. 3. Let cook for 3-4 hours. |
