Walk in the door and have barbecue chicken cooked and waiting. That's exactly what this tastes like...and the crock pot does the work. Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts |
1 cup ketchup |
1 large onion, chopped |
1 cup diet cola |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Wash and pat chicken dry. 2. Salt and pepper both sides. 3. Put chicken in crock pot with the onions on top. 4. Add cola and ketchup. 5. Cook on Low 6-8 hours. |
