Taken from The Busy People's Slow Cooker Cookbook. The cream of celery soup is 98% fat free and the half-and-half is fat-free, too. That may affect the Nutritional Facts. Ingredients:
32 1/4 ounce cream of celery soup |
13 ounce chopped clams |
16 ounce hash browns |
2 cups half-and-half |
Directions:
1. Spray a slow cooker with nonfat cooking spray. 2. Put into the slow cooker the soup, clams (not drained), hash brown potatoes, and half-and-half. 3. Stir until well mixed. 4. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours. |
