Crock Pot Chuck Roast With Vegetables |

There's lots of flavor in this roast. A favorite slow cooker recipe. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sliced carrots |
1 cup chopped onion |
1 cup sliced celery |
4 potatoes, cut in chunks |
3 lbs boneless chuck roast |
1 envelope onion soup mix |
1 (10 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup |
2 cups water |
1 tablespoon horseradish |
Directions:
1. Place vegetables in pot in order given. 2. Place roast on vegetables. 3. Mix remaining ingredients together. 4. Pour over roast. 5. Cook on hi for 5 hours or low for 8 hours. 6. Thicken with a little flour and water if desired. |
