Variations (1) Add 8oz can sliced mushrooms to step 1 (2) Use 2 tablespoons chili powder instead of 2 teaspoons for added flavor Ingredients:
1/2 cup diced onion |
2 cups tomato juice |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
3/4 cup shredded mild cheese |
1 1/2 lbs ground beef, browned |
12 ounces spaghetti, cooked |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. 2. Cover. Cook on low 4 hours. Check mixture about halfway through the cooking time. If it's becoming dry, stir in an additional cup of tomato juice. |
